Planned for Your Property
We start with the way you want to use the space, the site levels, access and your preferred materials. A site visit helps us assess ground conditions, drainage and how the new work will connect to the existing home. Your proposal sets out the agreed scope, allowances and exclusions before work begins.
Where plans, engineering, building consent or specialist trades are required, we can coordinate the building work around those requirements. We discuss any proposed changes with you before additional work proceeds.
Decks, retaining walls and outdoor building projects across Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Tokoroa, Putāruru, Tirau, Matamata and surrounding Waikato and Bay of Plenty towns and rural areas.
Send Mark a few photos, your site address and a short description of what you have in mind. If you have plans or preferred materials, include those too. We can discuss the scope, arrange a site visit and confirm the next step for pricing.
