A Clear Plan Before Work Begins
We start by discussing your priorities, existing plans, budget and timing. A site visit helps identify access, the condition of the existing building and how the new work will connect. Your proposal sets out the agreed scope, allowances and exclusions so you can see what is included.
Where a designer, engineer, consent or specialist trade is needed, we can coordinate the building work around their requirements. If concealed conditions become apparent after opening up, we discuss the findings and any proposed change before additional work proceeds.
Building & Site Work Together
For extensions and alterations involving foundations, retaining walls or access changes, MCC can combine the building work with excavation and site preparation. Keeping these stages coordinated helps the project move smoothly between trades.
